Privacy notice

This notice explains how Zenchise Ltd ("Zenchise", "we") collects and uses personal data through zenchise.com. We are the data controller. Contact us at hello@zenchise.com.

What we collect

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email, organisation, role and message.
• AI Readiness Scorecard: your answers; and, only if you choose to email your results, your name, email and optional company details.
• Template download and newsletter: your email address and first name.
• Technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are served from our own website rather than a third party. The site stores your light or dark mode choice in your own browser; it never leaves your device.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry, send your scorecard results or send the template you requested: steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in responding.
• To send the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To include anonymised scorecard answers in our research on AI readiness: your consent, given by ticking the box. Published findings are aggregated and never identify you or your company.
• To keep the site secure: our legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. It is processed by our web and email host (Hostinger) to run the site and deliver email, and by our scheduling tool (Calendly) if you book a call through it. Where providers process data outside the EEA, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries, downloads and scorecard submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a client relationship follows. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Anonymised research data contains no personal data and may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@zenchise.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
