I've spent 18 years at the intersection of AI, engineering, and financial services — not just building systems, but taking them to market. Before founding Zenchise, I led AI product commercialisation at one of the world's largest banks: zero to €500K ARR, 750+ enterprise clients onboarded across EMEA. I steered the product through internal Data Councils, Compliance, Legal, and Risk sign-off to achieve regulatory clearance — which means I understand exactly what it takes to get AI deployed inside a regulated organisation, not just built.

Earlier in my career I led fraud analytics at Bank of Ireland, where my team's machine learning models delivered €4M+ in annual impact. I hold a PhD in Engineering from UCD, an MBA with Distinction from Trinity, two US-granted patents, and have 40+ peer-reviewed publications with 1,000+ citations. I founded my first company — SensoMapp, a health-tech data analytics startup — well before the current AI hype cycle. I teach AI, automation, and data strategy at UCD Professional Academy and Dublin Business School. Zenchise is the synthesis of all of it: a company I can build, sell, and scale.

Zenchise is deliberately lean — I take on a limited number of engagements so I do the work myself, not a junior. I'll tell you honestly if I can't help, or if the approach you're considering isn't the right one.
