Case study · Dublin, 2025
Every compliance manager in a care organisation knows the feeling. Hundreds of carers. Documents per person — training certificates, Garda vetting, right-to-work records — each expiring on a different date, arriving by email, in a different format, from a different branch.
One Dublin provider — 200 carers, five branches — was spending 45 minutes on every single carer document review. The full maths: 200 carers × 45 minutes = 150 hours — nearly 19 working days. Impossible in any given cycle. So they did what everyone does. They sampled. Five per cent. Roughly ten carers per audit.
The other 190? Unchecked. Not from negligence — from physics. There simply weren't enough hours in the working week.
ZenComplyAI changed the arithmetic. Upload the document. The platform extracts everything automatically — names, dates, certificate types, expiry status. A review that took 45 minutes now takes under 5 minutes. The same provider now audits all 200 carers in approximately two working days.
Full coverage, every cycle. And in that first complete audit, they surfaced compliance gaps that years of sampling had never reached — documents missing, expiry dates already passed, issues that had been invisible until then.
This isn't just a time-saving story. It's a risk story.
Early pilot results. Individual outcomes vary. Dublin home care provider, 200+ carers, 5+ branches. ZenComplyAI is in active development.
Our founder has grown an enterprise AI product from zero to €500K ARR, with 750+ clients across EMEA. He's navigated internal Data Councils, Compliance, Legal, and Risk sign-off at a global bank. That's the commercial and governance experience behind every engagement.
We teach AI at UCD Professional Academy and Dublin Business School — not as theorists, but as people who build the systems they discuss. Our workshops cover AI strategy, automation, data analytics, and AI governance. Academic rigour delivered with practitioner credibility.
We go deep into compliance-heavy sectors — healthcare, financial services, regulated operations — where the stakes are high and generic tooling fails. We don't try to solve everything for everyone.
Our first pilot turned a 45-minute per-carer compliance review into under 5 minutes — and took a provider from 5% to 100% audit coverage. We only claim what we can document, and that bar applies to everything we build.
The founder
PhD Engineering (UCD) · MBA Distinction (Trinity) · VP, Global Investment Bank EMEA
I built Zenchise because I kept seeing the same thing: organisations buying AI promises and getting expensive experiments. The sectors that need AI most — healthcare, financial services, regulated operations — have the lowest tolerance for that.
I spent over a decade running AI and data systems inside global financial services — including growing an AI product from zero to €500K ARR across EMEA. I teach at UCD Professional Academy and Dublin Business School. I hold two US-granted patents and have 40+ peer-reviewed publications. When I build something for a client, I've already stress-tested the underlying ideas from multiple directions.
Zenchise is small by design — lean, focused, no overhead passed to clients. But the ambition is to build products that scale: tools that keep working after we leave the room.
